We understand our Geography
Pacific Health Care is a well oiled machine when it comes to stock management and supply as it has been successfully supplying the Australian market for more than 27 years. We keep three month’s worth of stock in the distribution store at one anytime which ensures your regularly ordered supplies are always in stock.
Head Office and Warehouse
Pacific Health Care is based in Osborne Park, Western Australia. Sales, administration, distribution, quality assurance and logistics are all operated locally from there for our Australian market.
Stock and Storage
Pacific Health Care receives all its’ stock into a controlled environment at the warehouse. Here the item’s integrity and stock is checked for irregularities or damage by two separate individuals. All stock is stored within our numbered racking and shelving system. Our stock rotation policy ensures older batches go out first.
Support and Services
Our administrative team members are always ready and available to be contacted regarding stock availability, delivery times and general product knowledge. The Pacific Health Care buyers meet once a week with our administration staff to discuss stock levels and every quarter this team meets with the CEO to discuss and adjust stock holding levels.
